Most shop-floor roles are on-site (the shop is the shop). Software, AI, accounting, admin, legal, and sales roles are hybrid out of our downtown Chicago HQ offices.

Run the founder's calendar, inbox, travel, and meeting flow across HQ, the shops, and ongoing M&A. You'll sit in on the deal work, prep board and investor materials, and own the day-to-day rhythm of HQ. 5+ years supporting a CEO or partner-level operator preferred; discretion and rapid context-switching are the job.
