/ 01 — Privacy
What we collect, why, and what we don't do with it.
What this site collects
When you submit the Get-a-Quote form, we receive: company name, contact name, email, optional phone, part description, quantity, target ship date, optional notes, any files you attach, and timestamp. That's it.
The form runs through Web3Forms (which delivers the email to info@kgindustrialgroup.com) and a backup write to our private Firestore database hosted with Google Cloud.
What we do with it
We use it to quote your part and follow up on your RFQ. We don't sell it. We don't add you to a marketing list. We don't share it with third parties beyond the form delivery service named above.
What this site does NOT collect
No analytics scripts (no Google Analytics, no pixels, no cookies). No advertising trackers. No fingerprinting. No third-party embeds beyond Google Fonts (for typography) and Web3Forms (for the form submission you initiate). The site loads no cookies.
Data retention
RFQ submissions are retained as long as the relationship is active, plus seven years for accounting/audit purposes (matching standard B2B record retention). Email legal@kgindustrialgroup.com to request deletion.
Your rights
If you're a California resident (CCPA) or in the EU/UK (GDPR), you have the right to access, correct, or delete your data. Email the address above with your request. We'll respond within 30 days.

The deal for using this site.
kgindustrialgroup.com is a marketing site published by K+G Industrial Group LLC. The terms below govern your use of it. RFQs, purchase orders, and contracts are governed by separately executed agreements — not these terms.
Our copy, your prints.
Site copy, photography, design, and the K+G mark are property of K+G Industrial Group LLC. Anything you upload through the RFQ form remains yours; we use it solely to quote your job.
We try; we're not perfect.
We work to keep capabilities, lead times, and pricing language on this site current. Definitive pricing for your specific RFQ comes from the formal quote we send you, not from numbers on this site.
As-is, no warranties.
This site is provided as-is. K+G isn't liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages arising from your use of it. Quoted work is governed by the terms in your accepted quote.
We can update this page.
We may update these terms or this site at any time. The "Last updated" date at the bottom of each section is authoritative. Material changes will be flagged at the top of this page.

Disputes about this site or these terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois (where K+G is headquartered), without regard to conflict of law rules.

How we keep your data safe.
Transport
The site is served over HTTPS only (TLS 1.3) with HSTS enforced. Form submissions to Web3Forms and our Firestore backup write are encrypted in transit.
Storage
RFQ submissions are stored in Google Firestore (encrypted at rest) under our kgindustrialgroup project, with access restricted to authenticated K+G employees. File attachments live in the email Web3Forms delivers to info@kgindustrialgroup.com; binaries are not retained on the website.
NDAs & ITAR
We sign customer NDAs within 24 hours. For ITAR-controlled work, we operate from US-citizen-only handling within our facilities and route prints through controlled channels — let us know up front and we'll route accordingly.
Vulnerability disclosure
Found a security issue? Email security@kgindustrialgroup.com with details. We'll acknowledge within one business day and coordinate a fix. We don't have a bug bounty, but we'll publicly credit responsible disclosures unless you prefer otherwise.
